The Ritz-Carlton, Paradise Valley Master Plan is
designed to create a careful blend of open space, resort, and residential living.
Centered within the Master Plan is the resort, and resort grounds, which includes the public resort facilities, several pool and outdoor amenities, and the resort casitas. Surrounding the resort are three residential property types intermingled with walking pathways, lush desert landscape, and meandering roadways.
The master plan and each residential community are
laid out to create an abundance of open space
beginning with a border of lushly landscaped community owned property that encircles the entire development. The communities and lots are then grouped or divided to allow for a combination of walking pathways and/or additional desert landscape to create a careful balance
of built area and natural environment. The three
residential lot types are further defined by setbacks, open space criteria, easement, and height restrictions to remain in character with Paradise Valley development and maintain a high degree of openness and privacy.
