This Southwest Contemporary is located on a custom lot in the elite north Scottsdale community of Desert Mountain. The design team located the 10,000 + sf residence to take advantage of the site, and orientation toward city light views and desert mountain views. Floor to ceiling glass blurs the boundaries between inside and outdoors. Spatial volumes are defined by wall planes, and roof plans accent the overall effect. Unique water features enhance the directed views. |
