This new enclave of residential character casitas emphasizes a respectful use of the hillside location taking into account not only the views looking out from the new amenities, but views toward this new hillside addition.
The architecture respects, and is influenced by, the historical look of the popular existing Camelback Inn Casitas while employing a "softer" residential image. Casitas are arranged in a meandering 'organic' arrangement versus an institutional rigid alignment of built structures. The Casitas are broken up into buildings with footprints of 2,437 sf, 3,203 sf, and 6,406 sf to reinforce the individuality of each Casita building and reinforce the residential character.
The Clubhouse / Pool amenity is 4,319 sf which is in keeping with the established intent of giving the appearance of hillside residences. Housekeeping and maintenance functions will be incorporated within the individual buildings. |
