This classic Southwest Mediterranean estate is located in the exclusive Silverleaf community of North Scottsdale. The design team worked closely with the client to blend modern space into a classic design. The slightly curved plan captures valley and city light views while retaining the feel of a timeless Mediterranean estate. The native stone elevation blends with the colored plaster like finishes to reinforce the classic European feel. This custom residence was designed under the progressive “Green Building” program championed by the City of Scottsdale. |
