This Modern designed residence is located in the Hidden Hills area of North Scottsdale. The design team is working closely with the client and builder to create a 5,000sf space that takes full advantage of the desert setting, including many elegantly designed outdoor patios. Finishes will seamlessly blend inside with outside to effectively double the size of the home. Floor to ceiling glass also opens the interior spaces to the desert view, and the introduction of natural materials, including stone and wood enhance the effect. This custom residence is being designed under the progressive “Green Building” program championed by the City of Scottsdale. |
