This Modern residence is to be located on a custom lot in the elite north Scottsdale community of Desert Mountain in the Saguaro Forest section. This 10,000sf residence overlooks spectacular desert views and the design team, including Salcito Custom Homes, Bianchi Landscape Design, and interior designer K.T. Tamm, is working closely with the client to ensure maximum orientation of the open light filled spaces. A key central feature includes a cantilevered viewing bridge-like deck, a separate guest quarters, and studio. This custom residence was designed under the progressive “Green Building” program championed by the City of Scottsdale. |
