Margie was born and raised in New Hyde Park, New York. She relocated to Arizona in early 2007 and instantly fell in love with everything the Grand Canyon State has to offer. Her interest in accounting began early on when she enrolled in her first accounting course as a junior in high school. She obtained an Associates degree in Accounting from Nassau Community College graduating summa cum laude with a grade point average of 3.9. She then obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Information Systems from Queens College and graduated with high honors. Margie would like to continue her education by pursuing her master’s degree in the near future. She also has high hopes of becoming a Certified Public Accountant.
Peterson Architecture and Associates welcomed Margie in July of 2008 as a Staff Accountant. She has worked in the construction industry for over six years as a Bookkeeper and Office Manager.
Margie enjoys challenging puzzles of all sorts and learning new things.
She also loves dancing and traveling, but her utmost joy in life comes from spending time with her family.
